Delivery — New Zealand Only
Products purchased through this website are delivered within New Zealand to serviced cities and towns.
Delivery is generally expected within two to three working days from the date an order is processed. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to stock availability, courier delays, rural delivery requirements or other circumstances outside our control.
Same-day delivery may be available within the Palmerston North area. Products that require assembly, configuration or custom building are not available for same-day delivery.
Website and Pricing Errors
We take reasonable care to keep website content, product information and pricing accurate. However, typing, pricing, specification or display errors may occur.
If an error affects an order, we may contact you to correct the order, offer an alternative or cancel and refund the affected item.
Personal Information
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information and payment-related information handled through our website. The collection and use of personal information is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Where we identify a potentially suspicious transaction, we may contact the purchaser or take other reasonable steps to verify the order. Orders that cannot be verified may be delayed, declined or cancelled to protect the cardholder and VRC Computers.

All prices displayed on this website are in New Zealand dollars unless expressly stated otherwise.
Selecting and Purchasing OEM Products
Customers are responsible for checking that OEM products, consumables and components are compatible with their equipment unless a VRC Computers staff member has specifically confirmed compatibility.
VRC Computers will make reasonable efforts to help resolve compatibility issues. Where a return is accepted for a correctly supplied product that is not faulty, any restocking fee will be disclosed and applied only where permitted by law and under our applicable returns policy.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies available under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986 or other applicable New Zealand law where those rights cannot lawfully be excluded.
