Delivery (New Zealand Only)

All products on this website are delivered to all major cities, and towns. Delivery will be made 2-3 working days from the day the order was processed. Same day delivery is only available to Palmerston North area. Items that needs to be built or assembled are not available for same day delivery. 

Printing Errors

While typing errors in the website may occur, VRC Computers cannot be held liable for prices printed incorrectly or products displayed incorrectly.

Personal Information

We have taken great care to protect, and encrypt all your personal information. VRC Computers will never release personal information without authorization. Should your personal information be stolen from our website or database, VRC Computers will not be held liable for any damages caused by the misuse of your information.

Links followed from the VRC Computers website will most likely lead to websites not associated with VRC Computers, any information provided from these websites is out of our control. Credit Cards

Under law, a credit card issuer cannot make you liable for charges in excess of NZ$50.00 that result from the unauthorised use of your credit card. Exceptions do apply, and you will have to comply with the rules of your credit card or debit card issuer, so please contact your card issuer for further details. If we find a suspicious transaction, steps will be taken to confirm the order. If the order is found to be illegitimate, action will be taken to protect the credit card holder.

Selecting and Purchasing OEM products

VRC Computers (VR Concepts Limited) hold no responsibility for incompatible consumable purchased from vrc.co.nz unless a VRC Computers Staff Member has miss informed the purchaser. VRC Computers will help to the best of our ability to rectify the situation and if a refund is require the standard 20% restocking fee will apply.
